The hotel offers 58 rooms, all underwent a soft renovation in October 2017 and feature oak wood parquet flooring and soundproof windows. Select rooms provide direct balcony access to the Matterhorn, and bathrooms include bathtubs with bath salts and candles supplied for guest use.

Three restaurants on the ground floor serve guests: Marie's Deli offers a large wine selection and warm meals throughout the day until late, with take-away options, while the Veranda restaurant serves a 5-course gourmet dinner or à-la-carte meals.
